No Returns
Vistoria does not accept returns on any orders. All sales are final. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing guides, and images before completing a purchase.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds on eligible orders within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- You must provide your order number and proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
- The item must not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Refund requests made after the 30-day window will not be honored.

Refund Processing
